Steve’s Cheese, soon to reopen as Cheese Bar, was a specialty retail cheese counter, focusing on small producers and farmers. We cut cheese and charcuterie to-order and also sell a very
small amount of hand-selected dry goods. Although our
inventory generally ranges between 150-200 cheeses, our
small retail footprint allows us to pay close attention to what
matters most – knowing our inventory and selling excellent
products that are in great shape.
We also offer focused classes and communal dinners built around cheese and charcuterie from our cold cases. This allows our customers to try new products in a relaxed and intimate environment. We use our extensive product knowledge and experience to help our customers continually learn about and enjoy new products.
